Star Alliance Unveils Newly Renovated Paris Lounge at CDG

After an extensive renovation of its design and facilities, the Star Alliance Lounge at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport has reopened.

Originally opened in 2008, the lounge now features a refreshed aesthetic influenced by Parisian design and architecture. A new outdoor landscaped garden provides a calm, green setting that evokes the city’s public parks and relaxed outdoor spaces.

Both levels of the lounge include quiet work areas with additional power outlets, catering to travelers who need to work or charge devices before departure.

Food and beverage offerings have been expanded, with a range of complimentary drinks and international hot and cold dishes alongside several typically French choices.

Shower facilities have been upgraded and additional TV screens installed for guest convenience. The lounge also stocks a selection of international newspapers and magazines.

“The newly renovated Star Alliance Lounge at Paris Charles de Gaulle ties in seamlessly with our strategy of improving the customer journey,” said Christian Drager, vice president of customer experience, Star Alliance. “We are delighted to offer guests traveling from or transiting through Paris an enhanced hospitality experience in a well-equipped environment where they can relax and enjoy their journey.”

Star Alliance operates seven dedicated lounges worldwide, including locations at Amsterdam Schiphol, Buenos Aires (EZE), Los Angeles (LAX), Nagoya (NGO), Rio de Janeiro (GIG), Rome (FCO) and São Paulo (GRU).
