“Hotel AKA Washington Circle represents an important step in our brand’s growth and reflects the strong demand for elevated, residential-style hospitality in the DMV,” said Larry Korman, CEO of AKA. “By combining modern elegance with our signature residential approach, we aim to deliver a refined luxury experience at the heart of D.C. As with all AKA properties, our rooms are designed to be self-sufficient sanctuaries where guests can feel genuinely comfortable.”

The hotel offers a range of accommodations, including queen and king guestrooms, one-bedroom suites, and penthouse residences, each featuring floor-to-ceiling windows. Rooms are well suited for both short and extended stays and come equipped with a pantry, kitchenette, or full kitchen, depending on the unit. Guests can enjoy on-site amenities such as a state-of-the-art fitness center, a private cinema, and a meeting and conference room.
