For Mother’s Day, Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver presents several thoughtful ways for families to celebrate, including a lavish brunch, an evening dinner and rejuvenating spa treatments.
YEW seafood + bar hosts a celebrated Mother’s Day Brunch featuring multiple live action stations, a raw bar, charcuterie and carver stations. The menu includes selections to please adults and children alike, with familiar kid-friendly options available. The brunch concludes with an enticing dessert selection that highlights old-fashioned chocolate cake, pecan caramel tarts, fresh brioche and prune pudding, plus tiramisu.
Brunch is served on Mother’s Day from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Advance reservations are recommended to ensure seating.
For those who prefer a later celebration, the family-style Spot Prawn Boil Dinner offers a communal dining experience. As part of a curated dinner series, the first of these dinners will launch on Mother’s Day evening. The family-style menu showcases seasonal ingredients such as perfectly cooked spot prawns, heirloom potatoes, charred jalapeño cornbread and a variety of salads. Desserts feature a maple and pineapple upside-down torte, and each mom receives a complimentary glass of wine. The dinner runs from 6–9 p.m. on Mother’s Day and requires tickets.
In addition to dining options, guests at Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver have access to the on-site spa. A session in the RedCedar massage suite makes an excellent gift for a hardworking mom who could use time to relax and unwind.
