The distillery’s program includes guided tours, cocktail-making classes, and a hands-on gin-making workshop that walks participants through botanical selection and distillation basics. For those with a sweeter tooth, a gin and chocolate pairing experience is also available. Every visit can be rounded out at The Arches bar and terrace, a stylish space with views across Edinburgh’s skyline where guests can enjoy thoughtfully prepared drinks and shareable Scottish charcuterie and cheese boards.
The drinks menu features a wide selection of gins and liqueurs, signature spritzes, classic and creative G&Ts, cocktails, mixed drinks and martinis. Wine options include sparkling, white, red and rosé, while beer lovers can choose from craft ales, stouts and ciders. The venue also hosts monthly appearances by curated bartenders who present both contemporary and time-honored cocktail creations, adding variety and expertise to the guest experience.

The distillery emphasizes sustainable practices: packaging is designed with eco-conscious choices in mind, and operations run on 100 percent renewable electricity.
