Next winter, Fitzrovia—the much-admired London neighborhood where Bloomsbury intellect meets Soho flair—will welcome The Newman, the inaugural hotel from Kinsfolk & Co. Situated at the crossroads of creativity and culture, The Newman aims to reflect the area’s spirited blend of ideas and style.
The hotel will offer 81 rooms and suites, including many spacious guestrooms with private balconies. Design throughout leans into a contemporary Art Deco language, culminating on the rooftop floor with a signature four-bedroom suite that opens onto a private terrace.

Dining at The Newman centers on a modern European brasserie that can seat up to 120 guests. The restaurant emphasizes natural light, with an outdoor terrace and its own street-level entrance. The menu will highlight seasonal produce and British ingredients presented with an elevated touch.
On the lower level, a bold cocktail bar will serve handcrafted drinks alongside small plates and a curated selection of craft beers. That floor will also house two private dining and event rooms, designed for intimate gatherings and special occasions.
The hotel’s wellness offering draws on Nordic restraint and thoughtful simplicity. An entire floor is dedicated to luxury spa and wellness experiences: hot and cold experience cabins, an active salt therapy room, and a hydrotherapy pool. Treatment rooms and a variety of fitness amenities—including yoga classes, personal training, a meditation studio, and a gymnasium—will be available to both residents and local visitors.
