Planning to fly Virgin Atlantic in Upper Class this month? Expect a cozier flight. The airline has teamed up with OnePiece, the Norwegian designer known for adult, children’s and pet onesies, to produce a limited-edition sleepwear item for passengers.
Beginning mid-June, 1,000 passengers on selected overnight long-haul Virgin Atlantic flights will be offered the new onesie. The design is a sleek black jumpsuit with the phrase “sleepy head” printed on the back, created to combine comfort with a touch of in-flight style.
Those who wear the onesie during their flight are invited to take it home, so the garment can continue to serve as a comfortable option for sleep or lounge wear after the trip.
If you travel Upper Class on qualifying overnight routes this month, look for this small in-flight amenity designed to enhance rest and add a bit of fun to the journey.
