Cosme comprises 40 elegant suites and a private beach club. The resort also features the expansive Elios Spa and Parostia restaurant, led by acclaimed Greek chef Yiannis Kioroglou.

The buildings draw inspiration from the traditional fishing communities of Paros, while meandering pathways create a village-like atmosphere across the grounds. Multimedia artworks by Greek artists such as Margarita Myrogianni, Terpsichore and Christina Mandilari are displayed throughout the resort, contributing to its cultural character.
Guests can explore the nearby fishing village of Naoussa, framed by the Aegean Sea. Elios Spa—named for the Greek god of the Sun—offers an open-air yoga pavilion, a pool and a broad menu of calming and rejuvenating treatments that incorporate the luxurious KORRES skincare line. The resort also includes a fitness center equipped with modern machines, set within a warm space built from Parian stone and wood.
