This May, Donatella Boutique Hotel & Restaurant, the official sister property to the former Versace Mansion (now The Villa Casa Casuarina), opens its doors on Miami Beach. Housed in a restored 1920s Wallace Tutt–designed building, the intimate hotel features just six guestrooms, offering a secluded, personalized stay in the heart of the city.

Developed by the Nakash Group in partnership with Vida & Estilo Hospitality, Donatella reimagines refined hospitality with a strong emphasis on tailored service. Each room comes with dedicated concierge and butler service to ensure a seamless stay. Interiors blend natural stone, warm wood, and gold accents with custom lighting and stone headboards, while thoughtfully designed vanity areas and locally inspired artwork add a sense of place.

The hotel’s restaurant, led by executive chef Allesandro Morrone, showcases Coastal Southern Italian cuisine tailored to Miami’s vibrant dining scene. The menu highlights fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional techniques that honor Italy’s culinary heritage. Notable dishes include Pólipo al Insalata, carpaccio Gambero Rosso, rigatoni Nduja, black truffle cacio e pepe, veal Milanese and Skull Island prawns, each prepared to emphasize flavor and provenance.
Donatella also offers an array of curated amenities. Guests can access wellness services—such as facials, massages and spa treatments—through a partner facility, and work out at a fully equipped fitness center. The property provides exclusive beach access with daybeds and optional services like jet-ski rentals, plus private pool access and additional amenities at a partnered location.
