“Our new vegan menu delivers another distinctive culinary option for guests seeking plant-based choices,” said James Rodriguez, president and CEO of Atlas Ocean Voyages. “Our chefs have carefully developed each dish to reflect the creativity and variety of vegan cuisine while meeting evolving dietary preferences and ensuring a memorable dining experience.”

The updated vegan menu includes appetizers, main courses and desserts inspired by international flavors and contemporary techniques. Whenever possible, the dishes make use of locally sourced and sustainable ingredients. This expanded selection is now available across all Atlas Ocean Voyages expeditions.

New menu highlights include a fresh beets niçoise salad, a rich mushroom stroganoff, ensalada de brotes and the Woodland Wonder Cacao Confection for dessert. These selections aim to showcase texture, balance and bold flavor while remaining fully plant-based.

Beyond the formal menu, the line has introduced a dedicated vegan breakfast corner offering items such as vegan croissants, Danish-style pastries and hummus, with rotating lunch options served daily. For dinner, a plant-based vegan steak is a staple at the 7Aft Grill, while Paula’s Pantry features an all-day menu item—a vegan muesli power bar. Vegan options on the 24-hour room service list include a botanically inspired BBQ “chicken” pizza and The Impossible Delight burger, making plant-based dining accessible at any hour.

These additions reflect Atlas Ocean Voyages’ commitment to accommodating diverse dietary needs and enhancing onboard culinary experiences for guests who prefer or require vegan meals.
