United Expands In-Flight Entertainment: New Options for Flyers

Passengers flying with United Airlines will find an expanded and refreshed in-flight entertainment lineup, featuring more movie choices, HBO programming, and a specially curated selection from Vevo, a leading provider of premium music videos and entertainment.

On flights offering personal device entertainment, customers can stream a wider range of films such as Birdman, The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, and the Taken trilogy, along with family-friendly titles like Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day and The LEGO Movie. Popular television series are also available, including HBO offerings like Veep and The Jinx: The Life and Deaths of Robert Durst, as well as acclaimed series such as Mad Men and Orange Is the New Black.

“Whether traveling for business or pleasure, we’ve designed United Private Screening to give customers access to content that is entertaining, diverse, and relaxing,” said Scott Wilson, vice president of merchandising and eCommerce at United Airlines. “Expanding personal device entertainment and adding more HBO and Vevo content means customers now have more in-flight entertainment options than ever before.”
