Turkish Airlines Opens Its Largest International Lounge Outside Istanbul

Turkish Airlines officially opened its largest international lounge outside Istanbul at Narita International Airport in Tokyo, Japan, on Feb. 5. This new facility is the airline’s seventh lounge located abroad.

Located in Terminal 1 South Wing, Satellite 4, Gate 47, the Turkish Airlines Lounge at Narita is now open following the completion of its first phase, with a second phase planned to expand services and amenities.

The lounge offers a buffet featuring Turkish, Japanese and broader Far Eastern dishes. It is the only Turkish Airlines lounge outside of Istanbul to include a traditional Turkish pide oven, serving freshly baked pide at lunch and dinner. Additional amenities include comfortable relaxation areas, daybeds with apron views and a private V.I.P. room for travelers seeking extra privacy.
