The St. Regis Punta Mita will host the third annual Punta Mita Beach Festival from July 9–12. The celebration begins with a welcome cocktail reception in the hotel’s Altamira Lobby and unfolds across three days of beach-focused activities, wellness offerings and family-friendly events.
The festival program includes a wide variety of experiences for all skill levels and ages, such as:
- Beach and family yoga sessions to relax and reconnect
- Beginner surfing clinics led by experienced instructors
- Guided surf outings to the bay’s top breaks for advanced surfers
- Stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) clinics
- A mini-triathlon combining an open-water swim, a beach run and SUP
- SUP Bala Tula, a unique blend of yoga, Pilates, Budokon, bodyweight conditioning and stand-up paddleboarding
- A five-kilometer stand-up paddle race departing from Sea Breeze Beach Club
- A Marine Safari to the Marietas Islands featuring snorkeling and stand-up paddle activities
- A sandcastle championship designed for kids
- Beach volleyball tournaments at Sea Breeze Beach
- Cooking classes with celebrity chef Diana DiMeo
All instruction and guided activities are led by highly regarded professionals with international experience, ensuring safe and enjoyable sessions for participants.
Festival dining highlights include a special Friday lunch prepared by guest Chef Olivier Debois, followed by the Children of the Sun supper at the resort’s Carolina Restaurant. That evening continues with a beach bonfire accompanied by live music and tequila tastings. On Saturday evening, Executive Chef Gabriel Kolofon presents the festival’s closing dinner, with beachfront entertainment from local reggae group Los Locos Mezcales. A farewell brunch on Sunday morning wraps up the weekend.
Packages start at $1,290 and include three nights’ accommodations, access to a selection of festival activities and events, and all meals—breakfast, lunch and dinner—along with both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages.
