St. Regis Aruba Opens Luxurious Oceanfront Resort on Palm Beach

The St. Regis Aruba Resort has opened in Noord, Aruba, bringing refined luxury to the island along with the first St. Regis casino and a rooftop dining destination. The new property blends Dutch-Caribbean influences with the timeless elegance of The St. Regis brand, drawing design cues from Aruba’s white-sand beaches and the iconic Casibari rock formations.

The new-build resort offers 252 guest rooms, including 52 suites that can be tailored to individual preferences. Culinary options span six distinct venues, showcasing the island’s multicultural flavors. On the rooftop, Akira Back—led by Michelin-starred Chef Akira Back—serves Japanese- and Korean-inspired dishes that pair inventive cuisine with panoramic views.

Additional dining choices include Eskama, an immersive Caribbean restaurant, and Nuba, a pool- and beachside eatery featuring Aruban-inspired dishes. The resort also houses two bars—The St. Regis Bar and Ventura—plus a coffee shop for lighter fare and beverages.

Following St. Regis tradition, the resort presents its own take on the classic Bloody Mary, called the Bon Bini Mary—“bon bini” meaning “welcome” in Papiamento. The cocktail features local papaya, lime and habanero chile balanced with aromatic spices for a distinctly Aruban twist.

Resort amenities are extensive and family-friendly, including two pools with private cabanas, a fully equipped fitness center, The St. Regis Spa, and a children’s club. For events, the property offers 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor function space, complemented by personalized St. Regis Butler Service to attend to guests’ needs.
