Sippin’ Santa Pop-Up Debuts at Prince Waikiki — Hawaii’s First

This holiday season, award-winning oceanfront hotel Prince Waikiki partners with Miracle Bar’s Sippin’ Santa to bring Hawaiʻi its first-ever Miracle Bar pop-up. The hotel will transform its outdoor area into a tiki-themed winter wonderland, blending classic holiday elements with Hawaiian-inspired décor. The limited-time cocktail experience runs daily from Dec. 1–31, 4–10 p.m.

“We are so excited to be the first-ever Miracle Bar location in the State of Hawaiʻi and we are thrilled to welcome kamaʻāina and our guests this holiday season at Sippin’ Santa at Prince Waikiki,” said Joshua Hargrove, general manager of Prince Waikiki.

Prince Waikiki will be decorated with festive touches throughout: a tunnel of green-and-red hibiscus string lights, stockings, holiday lanterns and tiki sculptures that complement a curated holiday cocktail menu. Featured drinks include Azul Navidad (tequila, mezcal, lime, cream of coconut, hazelnut liqueur, pineapple rum and blue curaçao); Yule Log Grog (gin, falernum, ginger liqueur, cranberry syrup and lime); and the signature Sippin’ Santa (aged demerara rum, gingerbread mix, lemon, orange and amaro). The pop-up will also offer classic seasonal cocktails such as a White Russian Christmas and house-made syrups to elevate each drink.

Miracle Bar began in 2014 in New York City as a Christmas-themed pop-up cocktail bar and has since become a holiday favorite for visitors nationwide. The Prince Waikiki installation is not only the brand’s first appearance in Hawaiʻi but also its debut in the South Pacific. Each Sippin’ Santa pop-up aims to deliver festive atmosphere, expertly crafted cocktails, and a place for family and friends to gather during the holiday season.
