Singapore Launches U.S. Trusted Traveler Program for Faster Entry

Frequent U.S. visitors to Singapore can now benefit from the United States of America–Singapore Trusted Traveler Program. This cooperative initiative streamlines immigration by granting eligible travelers access to automated clearance lanes at Singapore’s major checkpoints.

To be eligible, U.S. passport holders must already be members of the U.S. Global Entry program, possess a passport valid for at least six months, and have visited Singapore at least three times within the past year. Applicants must complete an online application in English before scheduling an enrollment appointment.

Applicants aged 6 to 18 must attend the enrollment session with a parent or legal guardian. For minors, the child’s birth certificate and the accompanying parent or guardian’s passport are required at enrollment.

The program aims to reduce wait times and simplify arrival and departure procedures for frequent travelers between the two countries. By aligning the trusted-traveler frameworks of both Singapore and the United States, eligible participants can expect faster processing through automated immigration channels at key air and sea checkpoints.

If you meet the eligibility criteria, prepare the required documents and submit the online application to begin the enrollment process. Bringing the necessary identification and meeting the documented visit history requirement will help ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
