Rosewood Abu Dhabi has officially opened, marking the arrival of the Rosewood Hotels & Resorts brand in the United Arab Emirates. Situated on Al Maryah Island within Abu Dhabi’s new Central Business District—positioned between the city’s downtown and emerging residential areas—the property is the first ultra-luxury hotel in this district.
The hotel comprises 189 guest rooms and suites, 58 serviced residences, and 73 residences available for long-term lease. Dining options include nine signature restaurants and lounges, while wellness and recreation offerings feature a fully equipped fitness center and a spa. For meetings and events, Rosewood Abu Dhabi provides eight flexible event spaces, including a grand ballroom capable of hosting up to 1,000 guests.
This opening represents Rosewood’s fourth property in the Middle East, joining its existing hotels in Riyadh—Al Faisaliah Hotel and Hotel Al Khozama—and Rosewood Corniche in Jeddah.
