The Ritz-Carlton, Bali enhances business meetings with wellness-focused programs designed for groups seeking balance, productivity and connection. The hotel offers three curated meeting experiences—Detox, Energy Boost and Revitalizing Secret—each combining guided warm-up sessions, wellness breaks, nutritious meals, focused meeting time and team-building activities tailored to promote wellbeing and engagement.
Each program begins with a morning activity to set the tone: guided yoga for the Detox option, meditation for the Revitalizing Secret, or a jog for the Energy Boost. Following the session, attendees enjoy an organic breakfast before participating in four to six hours of meetings. Short 15-minute Wellness Breaks are integrated into the day to restore focus; these breaks may include stretching or brief massage sessions. A three-course organic lunch is served midday to replenish energy and sustain concentration.
To close the day, groups take part in a team-building session that complements the chosen theme: aqua stretching or flying yoga for Detox; Tai Chi or Pilates for Revitalizing Secret; and group surfing or beach volleyball for Energy Boost. The wellness meeting package begins at $125 per person, plus tax and service, and is designed to balance productive meeting time with restorative experiences.
The meeting package also includes complimentary WiFi, customizable teleconferencing capabilities, audiovisual equipment and the support of a dedicated meeting planner to help tailor the agenda and logistics to each group’s needs.
