Ritz-Carlton Astana Opens: Inside Kazakhstan’s Luxury Landmark

Marriott International has opened its first The Ritz-Carlton property in Astana, Kazakhstan.

Situated in a prominent development near the Bayterek Tower monument, the hotel features 157 guest rooms, including 32 suites and 27 residences. Dining options include three restaurants, while leisure facilities comprise a full-service spa and a club lounge on the 14th floor that provides private check-in, a dedicated concierge and complimentary food and beverages.

Guestrooms start at 430 square feet and can accommodate up to four people, with options for a rollaway bed and connecting rooms upon request. Each room is appointed with a walk-in closet, coffee and tea making facilities, a work desk, and a marble bathroom equipped with heated floors, a rain shower, a separate bathtub, Asprey toiletries and terry robes. Suites range from 807 to 2,906 square feet and include complimentary access to the club lounge.

Wellness and fitness amenities include a 24-hour gym, an indoor swimming pool, dry and steam saunas and a Jacuzzi. For events and business needs the property offers two boardrooms, three meeting rooms with video conferencing capabilities and a 10,763-square-foot ballroom suitable for larger gatherings.
