Earlier this month, IHG Hotels & Resorts opened its first Regent Hotels & Resorts property in Southeast Asia: Regent Phu Quoc. Located on Vietnam’s Long Beach, the resort comprises all-suites and villas and showcases the Regent brand’s signature hospitality, refined design, modern technology and thoughtfully curated amenities.

The resort, created by BLINK Design Group, includes 176 suites and 126 villas that blend traditional Vietnamese motifs with contemporary interiors and a calming color palette. Expansive windows draw in natural light to enhance the tranquil atmosphere, while select villas offer ocean views or overlook the resort’s landscaped gardens.
On arrival, guests are welcomed in the lobby by Charming Deeps, a bespoke bohemian hand-blown crystal installation by Lasvit. Conceived to complement the architecture and engage the senses, the piece evokes the coral reefs that surround Phu Quoc and is intended to spark conversation and imagination.

Guests may also choose one signature Regent experience, including a four-course beachfront dinner, a 90-minute spa treatment at The Spa, or an in-room Champagne breakfast.
