Raffles Hotels & Resorts and Printemps Launch The Butler Did It Collection

Raffles Hotels & Resorts has unveiled The Butler Did It Collection, a curated fashion and home goods line available exclusively at Printemps locations in New York and Paris through March 10, with select items offered on Printemps.com. The capsule captures Raffles’ signature elegance and whimsical glamour, produced in collaboration with Globe-Trotter, Frette and Christofle.

Stylist Jessica Diehl led the creative direction for the collection, which includes ready-to-wear and lifestyle pieces such as pajamas, t-shirts, polos, cashmere jumpers, velvet smoking jackets and accessories from bucket hats to cashmere baseball caps. Each item reflects the brand’s mix of refined tailoring and relaxed luxury.

Designed to reflect the effortless glamour and sense of ease that define a stay with us, the collection plays with color, texture, and our signature palm motif, capturing the same sense of whimsy, surprise, and care that sits at the heart of the Raffles experience,” said Claudia Kozma Kaplan, chief brand officer at Raffles.

Among the highlights, Globe-Trotter produced a bespoke deep-green suitcase lined with Raffles’ palm-print motif. Frette created custom velvet slippers embroidered with “The Butler Did It,” and Christofle reinterpreted its iconic coffee cup bearing the collection’s namesake phrase. These pieces blend heritage craftsmanship with the playful spirit of the campaign.

The collection is inspired by Raffles’ global brand campaign, ‘The Butler Did It,’ which celebrates the brand’s renowned Butler Service. Serving as an introduction to a wider range, The Butler Did It Collection previews the broader ready-to-wear and home assortment Raffles plans to launch in fall 2026 alongside its dedicated e-retail platform.
