Outrigger Laguna Phuket Beach Resort officially opened yesterday with an elegant beachside celebration. The 255-room beachfront property is Outrigger’s fourth resort in Asia, joining Outrigger Laguna Phuket Resort and Villas, Outrigger Phi Phi Island Beach Resort and O-CE-N Bali by Outrigger.
David Carey, president and CEO of Outrigger Enterprises Group, said the new resort strengthens the company’s presence in Phuket, a world-class holiday destination. He noted that initial response suggests the property will perform strongly across family, couples and active-lifestyle market segments.
Bangkok-based design firm P49 led the resort’s interior and landscape design, creating an atmosphere that emphasizes authentic Thai elements while offering contemporary comfort.
The resort’s beachfront setting, combined with thoughtful local design influences and modern amenities, positions it as an attractive option for travelers seeking both relaxation and an immersive Phuket experience.
