The resort offers 404 guest rooms and suites; the largest pool deck in northeast Florida plus an adults-only pool; 80,000 square feet of meeting space; three-and-a-half miles of beach; 54 holes of golf; tennis courts; an on-site shopping village; ten dining options; and seven miles of paved trails for walking, running, and cycling.
The spa emphasizes environmental responsibility and wellness, using organic, fair-trade products with many items sourced from local, family-owned producers. The Natural Escape includes the signature Plantation Blossom Ritual, a treatment that blends massage with an exfoliation using lemon, papaya, cherry blossom, and rice powder to refresh skin and soothe the senses.
Dinner for two is served at The Sprouting Project, the resort’s on-site aquaponic greenhouse, organic garden, and orchard. The Sprouting Project supplies fresh produce and herbs for a chef-driven, four-course menu crafted from ingredients grown on property and paired with selected wines for a seasonal, farm-forward dining experience.
A highlight of the package is a local honey tasting featuring the resort’s own palmetto honey, harvested from on-property beehives that support a healthy pollinator population. Honey is incorporated into several menu items across the resort, including a honey-roasted chicken salad, a grilled salmon sandwich glazed with tequila and honey, a wildflower lemonade cocktail, and a honey-grapefruit crush, showcasing the ingredient’s versatility in savory and sweet preparations.
