Situated at the calm eastern end of Long Bay, each residence is custom-designed to capture seascape vistas and breezes, offering more than 7,500 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor living space. Villas feature five to seven bedrooms and thoughtfully arranged living areas that flow out to terraces and shaded lounge zones, allowing guests to enjoy the island’s natural light and ocean panoramas.
Design and detailing were handled locally by SWA Architects with interiors by Domino Creative Interiors of New York, resulting in a contemporary coastal aesthetic that balances comfort and elegance. The villas emphasize generous gathering spaces, private bedroom suites and seamless indoor-outdoor connections, making them equally well suited for family vacations, multi-generational stays or groups of friends.
Beach Enclave Long Bay incorporates eco-sensitive practices across the property. High-efficiency appliances and systems reduce energy consumption, while optional solar technology helps lower reliance on fossil fuels. Water conservation measures, including collection and recycling initiatives, are integrated into the development to minimize environmental impact and preserve the surrounding landscape and marine environment.
Beyond relaxed beach days and sun-soaked terraces, the location offers a variety of water-based activities tailored to the Long Bay shoreline. Guests can explore nearby mangrove channels by stand-up paddleboard for calm, nature-focused outings, or try kiteboarding in the area’s famously shallow, steady waters. Kite Provo, based on Long Bay, provides progressive instruction that uses Bluetooth-equipped helmets so coaches can communicate with students from shore—an example of the inventive, safety-focused programs available. Private chefs, concierge services and curated local excursions are typically available to enhance the stay.
Rates at Beach Enclave Long Bay start at $4,400 per night with a three-night minimum stay. The property’s initial phase is welcoming guests now, and further expansion under the Beach Enclave brand is planned, with additional accommodations at Grace Bay slated for future development.
