Just in time for mid-winter ski trips, Park City adds a fresh dining option: Hearth and Hill. This 192-seat restaurant blends upscale-casual comfort with an inventive menu and opens on Dec. 17.
“My dream of opening a restaurant in a community I love is finally coming to fruition with Hearth and Hill,” said Brooks Kirchheimer, proprietor of Hearth and Hill. “I couldn’t ask for a better team of restaurant professionals to create this unique space and menu for Park City’s discerning foodie crowd. Together, we look forward to providing a gathering spot that is fun and memorable for one and all.”
The menu highlights local ingredients and international influences. Starters cover familiar favorites like chicken wings and more adventurous choices such as hamachi crudo, an Italian-inspired take on sushi. Main courses span hearty soups—upgraded ramen among them—fresh salads, Korean fried chicken, and locally sourced Utah trout. Each entrée is paired with satisfying sides, including truffle mac and cheese and warm cheddar biscuits.
The bar brings a social, hands-on element with a make-your-own Old Fashioned option alongside a comprehensive selection of beers on draft. Cocktails and beer are curated to complement the menu’s bold and nuanced flavors.
For private events, Hearth and Hill offers dedicated dining rooms with cozy fireplaces and accessible outdoor spaces, creating a versatile setting for gatherings of different sizes and seasons.
Whether you’re stopping in after a day on the slopes or planning a special evening out, Hearth and Hill aims to deliver elevated comfort food, thoughtful service, and a welcoming atmosphere that fits Park City’s vibrant dining scene.
