New Luxury Boutique Hotel Opens in Frisco: What to Expect

A luxury boutique hotel opened in Frisco last month, marking the first property of its kind in the city.

Hotel INDIGO Frisco is a distinctive property that honors Frisco’s farming, railroad and pioneering roots. Developed by local firm Dabu Hotels, LLC, it sits on Avenue of the Stars along Gaylord Parkway, close to walking, running and biking trails and one of Frisco’s iconic bridges.

“Our goal in bringing this boutique hotel to Frisco was to create a memorable experience for every guest. We celebrate the stories, people and neighborhood that define us. We treat our guests as part of the neighborhood, contributing to our story and community,” said Brian Harris, general manager of Hotel INDIGO Frisco.

The hotel features a full-service PARLOUR Social Lounge, offering dishes and drinks inspired by regional flavors. The lobby welcomes visitors with décor, murals and artwork that reflect the area’s history. Each of the 110 guestrooms references Frisco’s heritage with artwork depicting cotton, railroad tracks, Texas wildflowers and a steam locomotive.

Additional amenities include pet-friendly services, an outdoor pool, a fitness center and two meeting rooms, making the hotel well-suited for leisure and business travelers alike.

Located near recreational paths and local landmarks, Hotel INDIGO Frisco blends boutique style with community-focused storytelling to provide visitors a sense of place rooted in the city’s past and present.
