The hotel now offers 10,500 square feet of flexible, newly refreshed meeting space with contemporary décor and abundant natural light. Rooms can be configured to support large presentations for up to 300 guests or divided into smaller breakout areas for more focused sessions. For intimate gatherings, the hotel’s boardrooms accommodate up to 14 people, while distinctive private experiences are available at ONE18 EMPIRE restaurant and whiskey bar. A seasonal patio overlooking historic Stephen Avenue also provides an attractive setting for larger receptions and can host more than 400 guests.
Meeting planners also benefit from Marriott’s Red Coat meeting-services app. This digital tool streamlines event management by allowing real-time requests—such as coffee refills, temperature adjustments, additional easels, or expedited meal service—via any web-enabled device. An iPad can be provided for use throughout an event if required, making on-site coordination more efficient and responsive.
