James Riley, Group Chief Executive of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, said he was delighted to continue the company’s partnership with Swire Properties and bring Mandarin Oriental’s signature hospitality to Miami. He noted the new hotel and residences aim to set a fresh standard for luxury hospitality and residential living in the city.

The development will occupy a 3.5-acre waterfront parcel on Brickell Key, which is part of a broader 44-acre island project. The hotel will include 151 guestrooms, of which 60 are suites, plus 61 private residences and 28 hotel residences—all designed to offer both ocean and city views. The property will also feature multiple dining outlets, bars, dedicated meeting and event spaces, and an expansive spa.

In addition to the hotel complex, a separate tower adjacent to the property will house 220 Residences at Mandarin Oriental. Those residences will consist exclusively of two- to four-bedroom homes and two penthouses, providing private, high-end living options within the development.
