The upscale property features 122 guestrooms and suites, six distinct culinary venues, and a comprehensive wellness program called Well+. Guests can choose accommodations in the Casthouse, where centuries-old stone walls meet lofty ceilings; the Atelier Building, framed with glass canopies and hanging greenery; or one of ten Foundry suites, distinguished by towering ceilings, arched windows and views over Tersane gardens and the old town.

Every guest enjoys access to the hotel’s shorefront Swim Club, a refined country-club–style setting with a shorefront lagoon pool and an Olympic lap pool. Expansive lawns around the pools provide ideal spots for sunrise yoga classes or meditative sound-bath sessions.

Well+ occupies more than 13,000 square feet and is designed as one of the region’s most progressive wellness destinations. Facilities include marble hammams, an indoor pool, a Russian-style banya, traditional saunas, cold plunges, treatment rooms and a Longevity Clinic. The hotel gym is also integrated into this wellness complex, offering a full program of fitness and recovery services.

Dining at Aliée Istanbul spans six restaurants and bars that celebrate Istanbul’s culinary roots while introducing international touches. Taste is led by three-Michelin-starred chef Thomas Bühner, presenting a menu that weaves Eastern and Western influences in an open-kitchen format. Mondaine de Pariso offers a dinner-and-show experience inspired by 19th-century Paris, while Little House serves seasonal dishes from morning until midnight. For outdoor dining, Hasbahçe overlooks the Golden Horn and presents dishes such as Neapolitan-style pizza with a Turkish twist. The Pink Bar completes the lineup with craft cocktails and a lively evening scene.

Beyond dining and wellness, the hotel will include entertainment offerings such as a cabaret club and curated cultural programming, all set within thoughtfully restored historic buildings. The design balances contemporary comforts with heritage elements, preserving character while introducing modern amenities.

Aliée Istanbul joins the Paris Society Collection as its newest hotel, bringing refined hospitality, varied culinary experiences and an ambitious wellness program to one of Istanbul’s most storied waterfront neighborhoods.
