Kempinski Relaunches Loyalty Program with New Member Benefits

Luxury hotel group Kempinski has relaunched its Kempinski Discovery loyalty program, introducing enhanced features and fresh benefits for members.

The updated Kempinski Discovery focuses on greater personalization, enabling the brand to tailor stays to individual preferences. Members can expect benefits such as room upgrades, early check-in, late check-out, and access to dedicated services including butler and private chef options, plus prioritized dining arrangements.

Guests who reach the highest membership tier may receive an invitation to an exclusive, invite-only club called Kempinski Private Concierge. Selected members in this tier gain access to bespoke concierge services and specially curated, one-of-a-kind experiences in destinations around the world.

All members, regardless of tier, can take part in the program’s Local Experience offerings, which vary by destination. Examples of these experiences include riding elephants at select properties, guided tours of a Geneva watch factory, visits to historical sites such as Malta’s palaces, and cultural events like a traditional Masai warrior celebration. Each Local Experience is designed to provide an authentic connection to the destination and complement the hotel stay.
