Karisma Hotels & Resorts, a luxury hotel collection with properties across Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe, has launched a new boutique brand: Allure Hotels, by Karisma. The company also expanded its portfolio with two boutique properties in Cartagena, Colombia. Located in the vibrant Zona Rosa neighborhood, Allure Bonbon and Allure Chocolat add a distinct, intimate option for travelers seeking refined amenities and a sensory experience.
Allure Bonbon is a 14-room retreat while Allure Chocolat offers 34 rooms, each designed to blend comfort with thoughtful details. Both hotels provide complimentary WiFi, evening turndown service, shoeshine service and an aromatherapy and pillow menu to customize guests’ stays. On arrival, guests receive a sweet welcome treat. Throughout the stay, artisans’ chocolate selections appear on breakfast and dessert offerings, and guests can enjoy curated chocolate-and-wine pairings as well as chocolate-inspired cocktails.
This launch marks the beginning of Karisma’s plans to grow the Allure brand across the region. The company intends to open five additional Allure properties in Latin America during the next five years, and to expand the brand further with new hotels planned for Jamaica, Croatia, Slovenia and northern Italy. These openings reflect Karisma’s strategy to diversify its portfolio with intimate, design-forward boutique hotels that emphasize local character and memorable guest experiences.
The two Cartagena properties provide convenient access to the city’s cultural attractions, dining and nightlife while offering a quieter, boutique atmosphere within Zona Rosa. With their focus on sensory details—particularly chocolate-themed culinary offerings and custom in-room amenities—Allure Bonbon and Allure Chocolat aim to create distinctive stays that appeal to couples, food-focused travelers and anyone seeking a boutique alternative to larger resorts.
By introducing Allure Hotels, by Karisma, the company reinforces its commitment to expanding curated, lifestyle-oriented accommodations alongside its existing luxury resorts. The new brand highlights intimate scale, bespoke services and culinary experiences rooted in local flavors, aligning with current traveler preferences for authentic, experiential stays.
