JetBlue has expanded its offerings through a codeshare partnership with private-seat carrier JetSuiteX, allowing customers to book seats on semi-private flights directly from JetBlue’s website.
Passengers browsing JetBlue.com can now view and purchase seats on JetSuiteX-operated flights. These semi-private routes currently serve the U.S. West Coast, with departures from Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) to destinations including Oakland (OAK), San Jose (SJC) and Las Vegas (LAS).
Fares vary by route and date. For example, a round-trip search in May from Burbank to Oakland showed a price of about $276.
JetSuiteX, based in California, is affiliated with private-jet operator JetSuite and sells individual seats on smaller, semi-private aircraft across the Southwest. Fare options often start around $129 and include markets such as Reno (RNO), Mammoth Lakes (MMH) and Concord (CCR).
In addition to selling individual seats, JetSuite offers whole-aircraft charters for groups and a membership program aimed at frequent travelers. Membership benefits typically include more flexible cancellation terms, discounted pricing and a recurring 10 percent discount on regularly scheduled routes.
This partnership gives travelers an integrated booking experience: JetBlue customers can compare and buy semi-private flights alongside traditional commercial options, simplifying trip planning for those seeking faster boarding, smaller terminals and a more private cabin environment on regional West Coast routes.
