Grand Hansa Hotel Helsinki, Part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt
Scheduled to open in summer 2023, the Grand Hansa marks Hyatt’s first hotel in Finland. The 224-room property in central Helsinki will offer generous meeting and event facilities, blending historic charm with modern amenities for business and leisure travelers.
Park Hyatt Johannesburg
Opening in early 2023, Park Hyatt Johannesburg introduces a boutique luxury option in South Africa. The intimate 30-key hotel sits within walking distance of popular bars, restaurants and art galleries, and includes an on-site restaurant and bar designed for both guests and local visitors.

Park Hyatt Marrakech
Park Hyatt Marrakech, the fourth Hyatt-branded hotel in Morocco, is set to open in April 2023. The 181-room resort will include extensive guest facilities and an 18-hole golf course, catering to travelers seeking luxury and leisure experiences in Marrakech.
Ronil, Part of JdV by Hyatt
Located on 1.6 acres in Baga, India, Ronil joins Hyatt’s regional collection alongside Alila Diwa Goa, Grand Hyatt Goa and Hyatt Centric Candolim Goa. The 125-room hotel will feature multiple outdoor pools and two food and beverage outlets, offering a relaxed resort atmosphere near local beaches and attractions.

Thompson Palm Springs
Expected to debut in fall 2023, Thompson Palm Springs will offer 168 rooms, including 18 luxury suites with dedicated entertaining spaces. The property will feature two resort-style pools, a full-service spa and a fitness center, appealing to both weekend getaways and longer stays.

These projects reflect Hyatt’s continued global growth across urban, resort and lifestyle segments.
