Host Your Next Corporate Retreat or Meeting at Kentucky’s Iconic Distillery

Jim Beam is one of the world’s most recognizable and best-selling bourbon brands. Today the company operates four distilleries across Kentucky, including the historic James B. Beam Distilling Co. in Clermont.

More than a production facility, the James B. Beam Distilling Co. is a destination. Visitors can take guided tours, host meetings, or plan group getaways and team-building retreats amid Kentucky’s rolling countryside. The distillery campus offers a variety of meeting spaces and tailored tour and tasting options designed for groups of different sizes.

On-site dining is centered around The Kitchen Table, a restaurant that supports group events with extensive catering options. The menu connects to bourbon’s history and regional flavors while offering a comfortable dining environment—guests can choose from the interior dining room or a private patio. Chef Brian Landry presents contemporary Southern dishes with a Beam-inspired twist, such as spiced pork rinds, Kentucky burgoo, fried catfish, duck poppers, smoked chicken, and signature pizzas. The pizza dough is made using the same yeast employed in bourbon production, and the dessert menu features classic Bourbon Balls. A large central bar serves handcrafted cocktails that complement the menu.

The distillery’s visitor programs include several tour options: the Beam Made Bourbon Distillery Tour, Meet the Family, and Behind the Beam with Fred and Freddie. The Behind the Beam experience offers an in-depth look at production and provides special access to Master Distillers Fred and Freddie Noe, who share firsthand knowledge about Beam’s methods and heritage. Located along the famed Kentucky Bourbon Trail, the distillery provides an accessible and educational stop for bourbon enthusiasts and groups planning a memorable Kentucky visit.
