- The Westerly at Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino — anticipated to open in early 2026. This new oceanfront tower will join the iconic Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino, offering additional beachfront accommodations and resort amenities.
- Tempo by Hilton Nashville Midtown — expected Q1 2026. The second Tempo property in Nashville will offer 161 wellness-focused rooms designed for rest and productivity.
- Tempo by Hilton Savannah Historic District — expected Q1 2026. Located minutes from Savannah’s top attractions, this hotel will blend Tempo’s modern design with easy access to the city’s historic sites.
- Motto by Hilton Nashville Downtown — expected Q1 2026. With 260 rooms, over 30% will feature the brand’s Confirmed Connecting Room capability for flexible group and family stays.
- The Monarch San Antonio, Curio Collection by Hilton — expected Q1 2026. The property aims to combine elegant design with natural elements for a distinctive San Antonio experience.
- Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort — expected Q2 2026. The Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood, Florida, is set to rebrand as Signia by Hilton following a major transformation.
- Canopy by Hilton at Deer Valley — expected Q2 2026. This will be Canopy’s first dedicated ski-destination hotel, offering ski-in/ski-out access, a lively après-ski scene, and on-site dining options.
