Hilton Rolls Out Exclusive Welcome Perks for Chinese Travelers

Hilton Worldwide is expanding its Hilton Huanying program to more than 110 properties worldwide. Designed specifically for Chinese travelers, Hilton Huanying offers tailored services and amenities that combine familiar comforts from home with the quality and consistency of Hilton’s hospitality.

“Huanying is an essential part of the Hilton hospitality promise, welcoming Chinese travelers with a level of service and personalization we know they expect and enjoy,” said Rob Palleschi, global head, full service brands, Hilton Worldwide. Launched in 2011 across 51 properties in 13 countries, the program has since supported more than a million Chinese guests by providing a reassuring, localized experience while they explore new destinations. Feedback indicates that guests who stay at Huanying properties report higher overall satisfaction with their hotel experience.

Martin Rinck, president, Asia Pacific, Hilton Worldwide, added that Hilton’s long experience in China and its global presence underpin the program’s development. “With more than 25 years operating hotels in China and a global portfolio of over 4,300 properties across 94 countries, we are well positioned to understand where Chinese travelers go and what they expect from a hotel stay. Hilton Huanying reflects that understanding: a tailored service package that better meets the needs of our Chinese guests.”

Hilton Huanying features a range of thoughtful inclusions intended to make stays more comfortable and convenient for Chinese visitors. Typical offerings include a welcome note written in simplified Chinese and Mandarin interpretation services. Guestrooms may be equipped with tea kettles and jasmine tea, and public areas or in-room entertainment can include a dedicated Mandarin-language TV channel.

Breakfast and dining choices emphasize familiar flavors and utensils. Morning options often include two varieties of congee with condiments, fried rice or noodles, a selection of dim sum, fried dough, hard-boiled eggs, Chinese tea, fresh fruit and soy milk. Hotels participating in the program also provide Chinese dining utensils such as chopsticks, Chinese spoons and soy sauce dishes to ensure guests feel at home while dining.

By combining localized amenities, language support and menu choices with Hilton’s global service standards, Hilton Huanying aims to create a seamless, welcoming stay for Chinese travelers visiting cities around the world. As the program expands, more Hilton properties will offer these curated services to better meet the expectations and preferences of guests from China.
