Hawai‘i’s flagship carrier, Hawaiian Airlines, has launched sales for a new Premium Cabin offering fully lie-flat seating on select international routes beginning in December. The upgraded cabin is available on Airbus A330 services between Honolulu (HNL) and Narita (NRT), Sydney (SYD), Brisbane (BNE) and Auckland (AKL). The Premium Cabin combines island-inspired comfort with the carrier’s signature hospitality.
The cabin includes 18 leather seats that recline into 180-degree lie-flat beds. Configured 2-2-2, the layout is designed to suit leisure travelers—couples, families and honeymooners—while retaining practical features that business travelers appreciate.

Passengers in the Premium Cabin receive complimentary amenity kits that include a cotton quilt, lounging pillow, hand and body balm, lip balm, hydrating mist, dental kit, a bamboo comb, slipper-style socks and an eye mask. A plush mattress pad and pillow are also provided for enhanced sleeping comfort.
Dining service emphasizes local flavors presented on custom dinnerware, linens and trays, with regional dishes created by one of Hawai‘i’s top chefs. A premium cocktail and full beverage bar menu highlights specialty local drinks. Seats feature intuitive controls and multiple power options, including two USB ports and one A/C outlet. The in-flight entertainment system offers more than 100 hours of movies and television programming.
The Premium Cabin is available for travel starting December 5 on flights between Honolulu and Narita, Brisbane and Auckland, and beginning December 13 on flights between Honolulu and Sydney. As part of the A330 cabin retrofit, Hawaiian Airlines is also adding 28 Extra Comfort seats. The Extra Comfort option offers 36 inches of pitch, priority gate boarding, complimentary on-demand in-seat entertainment and a personal power outlet.
