Grand Hotel Courmayeur Mont Blanc Joins Preferred Hotels & Resorts L.V.X. Collection

Grand Hotel Courmayeur Mont Blanc, part of R Collection Hotels, has joined Preferred Hotels & Resorts. Situated in northern Italy in the scenic town of Courmayeur, Grand Hotel Courmayeur Mont Blanc sits amid the grandeur of the Italian Alps. The hotel’s contemporary design comprises four interconnected chalets with expansive windows that bring mountain views into the guest spaces.

Since opening in 2014, the property has offered 72 refined guestrooms furnished in a contemporary alpine style. Dining options include two upscale outlets: La Fourchette restaurant and Equinox Lounge Bar, the latter featuring a terrace with panoramic views of Mont Blanc. The ERRE SPA spans roughly 5,382 square feet and offers an indoor heated pool, sauna, Turkish bath, chromatic and sensory showers, a private treatment suite and a Technogym fitness area.

The hotel is an ideal four-season retreat for travelers seeking mountain experiences. In summer, guests can explore hiking trails through alpine landscapes; in winter, Courmayeur’s slopes and backcountry offer skiing, snowshoeing, dogsledding and heliskiing. The Courmayeur Mont Blanc ski area opens the 2024/2025 season on Dec. 5.
