The service is available for parties of two or more who charter the entire aircraft, with fares starting at $500 per couple. Multiple departures are scheduled throughout the day to accommodate different arrival and departure times.
The flights are operated by Mokulele Airlines using Pilatus PC-12 aircraft. Each plane carries up to eight passengers and is staffed by a two-pilot crew, offering a spacious and comfortable cabin environment for the short inter-island journey.
From Honolulu, guests are met at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport at the arrival gate and escorted through baggage claim to Lanai Air for boarding. Upon arrival on Lanai, a Four Seasons ambassador welcomes travelers and escorts them to a waiting Mercedes Sprinter or SUV for the short transfer to the resort.
For departures from Lanai, Four Seasons ambassadors escort guests directly to the aircraft, where the pilot greets them at the plane for boarding. After returning to Honolulu, guests are escorted to their designated terminal for the required pre-flight agricultural inspection and onward connections.
Charter passengers also have access to the Four Seasons Lanai Guest Lounge, located on the second floor of the Overseas Terminal. The lounge is reserved for guests traveling to and from Lanai and offers a comfortable retreat with complimentary food and beverages, WiFi, charging stations and family-friendly amenities to make the wait between flights pleasant and convenient.
