Festive Cocktail Workshop and Holiday Feast at Marbella Club Hotel

Marbella Club Hotel is marking the holiday season with a series of food and drink events running through December.

Located on the Mediterranean coast, the Andalusian-style hotel in southern Spain is offering a variety of festive experiences. Highlights include a New Year’s Eve lunch buffet with Champagne and mignardises and a hands-on cocktail masterclass at the hotel’s Summer Bar.

The cocktail workshop, led by Marbella Club’s mixologist Nelson Gallo, will teach attendees how to craft signature Christmas cocktails. The intimate class focuses on technique, flavor balance and presentation, and includes guidance so guests can recreate their festive drinks at home.

For travelers focused on wellbeing, the hotel’s restaurant El Olivar emphasizes healthful cuisine. Wellness Chef Andrés Ruiz, together with Sous Chef David Ruiz, develops menus that prioritize fresh, wholesome ingredients without relying on additives or refined sugars. Dishes such as coconut and herb risotto and mango gazpacho showcase how healthy cooking can still be vibrant and flavorful.

On Dec. 16, the hotel will host a Champagne tasting featuring a selection of Champagnes de Vigneron, offering guests the chance to sample small-producer bottles and learn about their production and flavor profiles.
