The development features two 41-story towers that will house Fairmont Hotel and Fairmont Residences, alongside Quasar Residences managed by Fairmont. The hotel is planned to include multiple lounges and restaurants, a full-service spa and approximately 2,000 square feet of flexible meeting space designed to serve both business and leisure travelers.
