Fairmont Golden Prague, which opened in April, now greets visitors with a diverse selection of dining venues. The hotel’s six restaurants and bars each present a distinct concept and culinary point of view.
“Every concept at Fairmont Golden Prague is designed to spark emotion, whether it’s nostalgia, wonder, or delight,” said Gerhard Struger, managing director of Fairmont Golden Prague. “We’ve created dining spaces that are as inspiring as they are welcoming, where every detail tells a story and every bite reflects Prague’s evolving cultural identity.”

Zlatá Praha
Zlatá Praha occupies a rooftop setting and showcases contemporary Czech cuisine under the direction of Michelin-starred chef Maroš Jambor. The menu highlights elevated local ingredients and refined techniques, with dishes such as cured arctic char served with cucumber and a buttermilk–horseradish sauce; poached sturgeon accompanied by caramelized cream and fennel; and honey-roasted duck paired with summer lettuces, wild garlic capers and a rich jus gras.
Greenhouse
Located on the ground floor, Greenhouse is a modern gastropub that pays homage to Czech beer traditions. Chef de Cuisine Alexandr Vraný offers an all-day menu focused on wood-fired meats, Czech classics and thoughtfully prepared vegan options, creating a relaxed atmosphere for both casual meals and social gatherings.

Golden Eye
Also situated on the rooftop, Golden Eye pairs inventive mixology with bold Asian flavors. The bar’s signature cocktails include the Bonsai, a refreshing blend of Becherovka Original with Thai basil, cucumber and Veuve Clicquot Brut. The beverage program is designed to complement shareable, flavor-forward Asian dishes ideal for evenings out with friends.
Kafta Brasserie
Kafta Brasserie, inspired by the artist Čestmír Kafka rather than the writer, brings an artful approach to brasserie classics and is particularly known for its elevated breakfast service. Morning offerings range from Czech hemenex—fried eggs with ham and spring onion—to French toast topped with caramel and berries, alongside other seasonal and comfort-forward choices meant to start the day well.

Coocoo’s Nest
The lobby bar Coocoo’s Nest celebrates classic cinema and cocktail culture with contemporary interpretations. Named after the film One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, the venue features a rotating in-house art gallery and offers all-day breakfast, classic cocktails, afternoon tea and light bar bites in a relaxed, convivial setting.
Tilia Garden
Tilia Garden is a wellness-oriented café located next to Fairmont Spa & Wellness. Its menu emphasizes balanced, nourishing dishes crafted for guests seeking lighter, health-focused options before or after spa treatments.
Fairmont Golden Prague also participates in the brand’s It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere program: a convivial happy hour that includes a complimentary welcome pour at Coocoo’s Nest at 5 p.m. and at Golden Eye at 6 p.m., inviting guests to socialize and sample the hotel’s signature drinks.
