Enterprise has expanded its Enterprise Plus and Emerald Club loyalty programs to serve travelers across Latin America and the Caribbean.
Members in these regions can now enroll in Emerald Club Priority Service and earn rewards through Enterprise Plus, giving them access to faster service and point-based benefits when renting vehicles.
Members who rent through Enterprise Rent-A-Car and National Car Rental can accumulate points toward free rental days at participating locations in Colombia, Honduras, Jamaica, Peru and Suriname. These destinations were previously not part of the programs, so this rollout brings new rewards opportunities for customers traveling in those countries.
“Increasing the availability of Enterprise Plus and Emerald Club is a natural extension of our ongoing mission to be the best transportation service provider in the world, serving our customers no matter where they decide to travel,” said Peter A. Smith, vice president of global franchising for Enterprise Holdings.
Both Enterprise Rent-A-Car and National Car Rental are brands of Enterprise Holdings Inc., which now offers rental services in more than 90 countries worldwide, including roughly 30 locations across Latin America. This expansion aims to make loyalty benefits more consistent for members traveling throughout the region, providing easier access to rewards and priority services at more locations.
