“It’s an honor to work with Chef Matsuhisa to introduce Nobu to our community,” said Neall Bailey, executive chef at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa. He noted that the collaboration brings an elevated culinary offering to the resort and creates unique dining experiences for both guests and local residents.

Executive Chef Matt Raso heads the Nobu Manalapan kitchen, presenting hallmark Nobu dishes such as black cod with miso, yellowtail sashimi with jalapeño, and wagyu tacos, alongside selections exclusive to Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa. The menu is paired with a thoughtfully curated sake and wine list and a range of inventive cocktails to complement the cuisine.

“We look forward to bringing this preview of our Nobu dining experience to the iconic Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa,” said Chef Nobu Matsuhisa. He described Eau Palm Beach as an ideal oceanfront location for the brand and expressed enthusiasm about welcoming guests and locals from Manalapan and Palm Beach to enjoy Nobu’s acclaimed menu.

The Nobu Manalapan preview is open Sunday through Thursday from 5–10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 5–11 p.m., providing guests with an opportunity to sample Nobu’s celebrated flavors in a refined coastal setting.
