Domes Resorts has unveiled a new adults-only lifestyle wing at its flagship Domes of Elounda. Named CHORA: Stone-Built, Scene-Made, the new wing features 17 retreats and suites, a private pool, and an exclusive restaurant and bar designed for adult guests.
All accommodations frame views of the island of Spinalonga. Five suites include private plunge pools while the remaining 12 offer outdoor Jacuzzis. Each room opens onto a private patio furnished with locally sourced wooden pieces that reflect the island’s artisanal heritage.

The design draws inspiration from the local landscape: rocky shores, stone-built walls and cobbled pathways are echoed throughout the wing. Interiors favor a neutral, earth-toned palette with natural materials such as stone, marble and wood. Red travertine accents and patterned tiles provide character alongside geometric motifs, arched openings and four-poster beds. Bathrooms are generous in size and include double vanities plus separate bath and shower areas for a comfortable, spa-like experience.
Antonino’s Pool Bar Restaurant, Domes’ newest culinary concept, opened at the start of the season within the CHORA wing. The menu focuses on Italian favorites, featuring handmade pasta, wood-fired pizzas and a curated selection of wines and cocktails to complement the relaxed poolside atmosphere.

Guests staying in the adults-only wing have full access to the broader resort amenities. Domes of Elounda offers five additional dining venues, including the Michelin-starred Makris, Soma Spa with an indoor pool and treatments inspired by Minoan traditions, four outdoor swimming pools, and the private Vilebrequin La Plage beach for sunbathing and seaside relaxation.
CHORA: Stone-Built, Scene-Made is now open for the remainder of the 2025 season and will remain available beyond that, offering a serene, design-led escape for adults seeking refined comfort and unobstructed sea views.
