Discover Israel’s Iconic Rock Formations and Scenic Trails

From June 17–18, Bloomfield Stadium in Jaffa hosts a two-day rock-and-roll festival featuring The Pixies, Swedish garage-rock champions The Hives, grunge legends Soundgarden, the energetic Gogol Bordello, and Israeli punk-rock breakout Elisha Banai with his band The Forty Thieves. The venue will also feature distinctive visual work by Israeli graffiti artist Pilpeled, adding an artistic backdrop to the performances.

In Tel Aviv’s Hayarkon Park, music lovers can catch a string of major summer concerts. On May 28, pop star Justin Timberlake performs a headline show. On June 4, The Rolling Stones make their long-awaited debut in Israel, expected to draw an audience of around 50,000 to hear a set spanning three decades of classic hits. The Pixies appear in the park on June 17 as part of their summer tour dates. The outdoor season at Hayarkon Park continues into mid-summer and concludes with Neil Young and Crazy Horse performing on July 17.

These events bring a mix of alternative rock, punk, classic rock and contemporary pop to two of Israel’s most prominent outdoor venues. Bloomfield Stadium, known for its energetic atmosphere and central location in Jaffa, offers an ideal setting for high-energy festival lineups. Hayarkon Park, with its spacious lawns and riverside location, remains a favorite for large-scale concerts and summer festivals in Tel Aviv.

Attendees should plan ahead for large crowds and early arrival for general-admission areas, while those seeking a more comfortable concert experience may consider reserved seating options where available. Both venues typically provide food and beverage vendors, merchandise stands, and basic amenities, but checking each event’s official notice for entry rules, prohibited items, and accessibility information is recommended.

These summer shows represent some of the biggest international and local acts scheduled in Israel this season, offering a range of musical styles for diverse audiences. From stadium festivals in Jaffa to park concerts in Tel Aviv, fans will have ample opportunity to see influential and contemporary artists on the same weekend calendar.
