The world-renowned Italian fine-dining group Da Vittorio, holder of eight Michelin stars, has opened a new two-story restaurant, Da Vittorio Saigon, located in The Reverie Saigon hotel. This arrival marks a significant moment for Vietnam’s upscale dining scene, combining contemporary design with the traditions of Italian cuisine to offer an elevated culinary experience.

Matteo Fontana serves as Executive Chef, having collaborated closely with the Cerea family at their renowned Brusaporto restaurant. His leadership ensures the new venue upholds Da Vittorio’s exacting standards. The kitchen emphasizes seasonal produce and the highest-quality ingredients, regularly updating the menu to reflect freshness and to celebrate the harmony of each plate.

Signature items include Vittorio Style Paccheri, a show-stopping pasta dish served with a rich tomato cream sauce finished tableside in a copper pan and generously shaved with fresh Parmesan. Another highlight is Egg a la Egg, the celebrated creation that helped secure Da Vittorio’s third Michelin star in 2010: it pairs free-range hen and quail eggs with salmon roe and potato mousse, finished with a crown of Oscietra caviar.

Located across two levels within the Times Square Building in District 1, the 70-seat restaurant blends classic and contemporary design. Interiors feature elegant wooden furnishings, intricate tile mosaics, decorative screens, warm yellow Spanish marble and premium Italian glassware and dinnerware. The dining room on the B1 level offers guests a private, intimate setting for relaxed, refined meals.
