Crystal Cruises is elevating the onboard guest experience by introducing ETRO in-room luxury amenities. In partnership with ETRO Spa, the cruise line will provide premium amenities for staterooms and penthouses, and add new treatments to the Crystal Spa and Salon service menu.
“One of the perks of vacation — beyond memorable experiences — is the refreshed, rested appearance that comes after days of pampering and relaxation,” said Edie Rodriguez, president and CEO of Crystal Cruises. “Alongside the indulgences our guests already enjoy, these additions deepen the restorative experience, helping travelers look as rejuvenated as they feel after a Crystal cruise.”
Guests will find a curated selection of ETRO products in their accommodations, including plush bathrobes, slippers, shower caps, shoe mittens, and sewing kits. Personal care items such as shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, bath salts, and other toiletries will be provided in comfortable unisex fragrances. These ETRO amenities will debut aboard Crystal Symphony on its August 16 Baltic sailing, and aboard Crystal Serenity for the August 20 Mediterranean and Western Europe voyage.
Beyond the enhanced in-room offerings, Crystal Spa and Salon will expand its portfolio of aesthetic and wellness services. In addition to an extensive menu of specialty massages, acupuncture, body wraps, and facials, the spa will introduce three advanced, non-invasive procedures aimed at reducing visible signs of aging and improving skin condition. New treatments include targeted wrinkle therapies, dermal filler applications, and Thermage CPT—the leading non-invasive skin-tightening technology.
These updates reinforce Crystal Cruises’ commitment to luxury, comfort, and cutting-edge wellness. By combining premium ETRO amenities with an expanded selection of spa and aesthetic services, the line aims to ensure guests leave their voyage feeling and looking renewed.
