In late February, Corinthia Hotels and Dubai General Properties announced a landmark hotel and residential development in Dubai. This project will redefine the traditional hotel-and-branded-residences model while introducing Corinthia’s Mediterranean character and inventive hospitality to the city.

The development will comprise two towers on Sheikh Zayed Road, a rapidly evolving corridor close to the Museum of the Future. Designed to be among the world’s tallest buildings, the twin towers will be linked by a dramatic cantilevered sky lobby more than 650 feet above ground, visible from north and south elevations and serving as an iconic focal point.
Corinthia Dubai will be positioned as a five-star luxury destination, featuring a mix of Corinthia-branded serviced penthouses and residences. Each home and suite will offer panoramic views and refined interiors that reflect the brand’s Mediterranean roots and modern design sensibility.
Guests and residents will have access to extensive wellbeing amenities, anchored by Corinthia Wellness. The development’s next-generation spa will include indoor and outdoor pools, advanced fitness facilities, personal trainers, and an expert team focused on health and wellbeing. These features aim to create a holistic hospitality experience that balances luxury with restorative care.
Event spaces and a grand ballroom will offer sweeping vistas, while five restaurants and bars promise an array of dining options with city and sea views. A private members’ club and landscaped green spaces are planned to provide a tranquil urban refuge, and multiple rooftop pools—including private pools in select penthouses—will enhance the sense of exclusivity and leisure.
The project is scheduled for completion in 2030, bringing a new benchmark for luxury hospitality and residential living to Dubai’s skyline.
