Hilton’s Conrad Hotels & Resorts brand has made its debut in Orlando with the opening of Conrad Orlando. The new 433-room hotel sits within the vast Evermore Orlando Resort, a 1,100-acre property that blends natural landscapes with modern resort amenities.

Located less than 3 miles from Orlando’s major theme park resorts, Conrad Orlando offers a convenient base for visitors while providing a retreat-style experience on the Evermore grounds. The property features five distinct dining venues, a full-service Conrad Spa Orlando and Water Garden, the Evermore Bay pool complex, and more than 65,000 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor meeting and event space suitable for conferences, weddings, and social gatherings.
Dining options at the hotel include Sophia’s Trattoria, serving southern Italian cuisine; Apéro, a destination for crafted cocktails; Papaya Club, which presents Polynesian-inspired dishes; Ceiba, offering Mexican flavors; and Little Spoon, an all-day casual restaurant. These varied outlets aim to satisfy a range of tastes, from casual meals to refined dining experiences.
The Conrad Spa Orlando provides an extensive menu of wellness services with 11 interior treatment rooms, private treatment tubs, saunas, steam rooms, a relaxation lounge, and full salon services. At the center of the spa experience is a 12,000-square-foot Water Garden that includes pools and secluded soaking areas designed to complement spa treatments and promote relaxation.
