The Cooper offers 191 guestrooms and suites designed to echo Charleston’s winding waterways and classic Southern elegance. Interiors feature a neutral palette, light oak floors and shiplap wall paneling for a calm, coastal feel. Select rooms include private balconies, providing guests with views of the water or the downtown skyline and a place to enjoy Charleston’s sea breezes.
Dining at The Cooper centers on The Crossing, the hotel’s signature restaurant inspired by the tradition of setting sail and exploring new horizons. Drawing from Mediterranean coastal flavors and local ingredients, Executive Chef Nick Dugan crafts a menu that balances familiar favorites with coastal influences. The Crossing will present waterfront dining, a private dining room and chef’s table, plus a circular bar and a raw bar for fresh seafood and crudo offerings.

Cooper Coffee & Wine overlooks The Cooper Marina, serving coffee and breakfast in the morning and switching to a curated wine selection in the evening for relaxed, waterside conversation.
